What’s the order process?
You can call us or send email to place orders. Once your order is received, we will first send you an acknowledgment email. After verifying product availability from our warehouse, we will confirm it via phone and/or email. Once the order is paid for in full, our staff will communicate details of shipping and time estimates with you via phone/email and make sure the entire process is smooth and seamless.
What is the shipping cost?
Free ground shipping is offered on all orders over $1000 CAD. For some locations, we offer free expedited and express delivery. Delivery time may vary depends on your location. Shipping fees are only applied to orders that are less than CAD $1000, may vary depends on the volume of your order and your location.
Do you have a minimum transaction requirement for wholesale orders?
Minimum Order Quantity requirements may vary from product to product. Normally there is a minimum order requirement of CAD $300 before tax.

What are the payment options offered by 6STAR DISTRIBUTORS INC.?
There are multiple payment options available to choose from, such as:
• E-transfer
• Credit card – MasterCard, VISA (2.5% surcharge will be charged on CAD Value credit card transactions)
• Wire transfer, please add CAD$17.50 to cover our bank income charge.
• Cheque.
How do we price the items at our stores?
We suggest our clients to follow Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). For some product lines, we have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).

What’s your return policy?
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at (604) 248 7508 or email to info@6starvape.com with details of the product and the defect. Once confirmed you can send the item you consider defective to:

• Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
